Our friends at CreditXpert, who help to make the dream of homeownership accessible and affordable for all, generously contributed to our Adopt-a-Family program during the holidays. Recently, their Office & Culture Coordinator Kayla Ellers reached out inquiring about how they can do more for The Arc Baltimore. That led to a spring spruce-up at a house where we support four people.

Kayla, her daughter Lilly, and her colleagues Janette, Thomas, Bobby, Ashley, Peter, and Chris joined the development team for a lively afternoon of edge-digging, hedge-trimming, weed-pulling, mulch-spreading, and bush-planting! The curb appeal crew met with a very grateful James who loved his house's new look. They worked non-stop for three hours and treated everyone to dinner on their newly-donated patio set.
