The Arc Baltimore's Training Department, in addition to the full training curriculum provided to our staff, offers certain training to the general public.
THE MANDT SYSTEM
Are You Interested in Learning How to Implement The Mandt System?
The Mandt System is a holistic, evidence-based training program designed to reduce workplace violence while equipping you with the tools to affirm your emotions, choose constructive behaviors, and maintain safety during challenging interactions.
At The Arc Baltimore, our certified trainers can deliver comprehensive training sessions covering:
- Relational Chapters (1-3)
- Conceptual Chapters (4-5)
- Technical Chapters (6-8)
The number of training days is determined by the chapters covered.
Participants will receive a Mandt workbook and an official Mandt System certificate upon successful completion.
The workbook is given to use during the class and is theirs to keep. The cert is only given once successfully completed and is distributed via email.

- $145 per student (2-day course)
- $85 per student (1-day course)
- Payment:
- Participants must pay with a certified check to “The Arc Baltimore,” including “Mandt – Training Department” in the memo line.
