The Arc Baltimore connects individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a wide variety of employment opportunities in the community. Each type of job is intended to allow the person to earn a paycheck and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done. Depending both on the abilities of the individuals and the needs of the employers, The Arc's Community Employment division works to provide both initial work experiences as well as stepping stones to more challenging and higher-paying jobs.
