Dads Group
(for fathers and male caregivers who have children with disabilities) - Relax in a casual setting to discuss the challenges and joys of having a child with disabilities on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6 pm to 8 pm. Dinner will be provided.

Mom to Mom
(for mothers and female caregivers of children with disabilities) - Laugh, cry, and share stories with other mothers on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The Arc will provide dinner.

Sibshops
(for siblings of children with disabilities) - Every third Saturday of the month from 12 pm to 3 pm, The Arc offers SibShops, a peer support workshop that provides a fun, energetic, and activity-driven experience for brothers & sisters, ages 4-13, of children with disabilities.

Parents' Day Out
Time for you! Parents' Day Out is held at two different locations 6 -8 times per year for parents or caregivers of children ages 3 to 14 with developmental disabilities. We have competent, trained, loving people just waiting to play games, do crafts, play ball, or just read with your child while you are out relaxing or doing those needed chores.
