Erika Brown will celebrate her one-year anniversary at BMORE LICKS and Devonte Bey is a hard-working recent hire. They keep the kitchen and prep areas organized and sanitary for their co-workers, and they jump in to help wherever needed.

Our partnership with BMORE LICKS began in 2018 during the first year of Kimberly Proctor and Barbara Maloni’s family-owned business, and The Arc has helped to fill open positions ever since. Recently, they expanded into Federal Hill along with their original shop in Canton and have already approached us about new applicants in preparation for weather best suited for enjoying their scrumptious ice cream.
