Daly Reelected Board President at The Arc Baltimore
New Officers Also Elected at Annual Meeting
Baltimore, MD (6/28/23) --- Erik Daly, Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Fulton Bank’s Healthcare Banking Group, has been reelected President of the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore for 2023-24.
Daly, who was reelected during The Arc Baltimore’s recent Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony, joined the organization’s Board in 2016. Since then, he has held several positions on The Arc’s Executive Committee, including Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President. He was named Board President in 2021.
A 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, Daly is responsible for sourcing, developing, and servicing healthcare customers in the Delmarva region for Fulton Bank. He previously served as a Business Development Director for BDO USA, LLP in the Mid-Atlantic region and prior to that, as a Senior Vice President for PNC Bank’s Institutional Asset Management Division.
Other officers elected during The Arc Baltimore’s Annual Meeting were:
- Tiana Wynn (Partner, SB & Company, LLC), who was elected Vice President;
- Marianne Bishoff (Regional HR Manager, Carter Machinery), who was named Secretary;
- Robbie Thompson (Assurance Partner, EY), who was elected Treasurer; and
- Thomas Sand (Assurance Partner, EY), who continues to serve as Immediate Past President.
“Each of these individuals brings tremendous skills and experience to our Board, which will be instrumental in continuing to advance the mission of The Arc Baltimore,” says The Arc’s Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen Durkin. “While we will continue to see new challenges and opportunities in the coming year, I am very confident we are up to the task that with the leadership of our Board.”
In addition to the election of officers, The Arc Baltimore’s 2023 Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony featured the election of several new board members and award recognitions for those who have gone “above and beyond” in their service to The Arc Baltimore.
“The Annual Meeting is our opportunity to honor all those who have given so much of themselves to the mission of The Arc Baltimore, from the members of our Board to community partners and volunteers to supported individuals and staff members,” Durkin notes. “It is their hard work that is at the very heart of our vision for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, work in meaningful jobs, and enjoy friendships and activities in the community.”
